Fair Warning:
Leanne (owner) had her 2nd child this morning, a boy. She hasn't filled me on on when she believes she'll be getting back to work, but I DO know that she has a wedding photo shoot planned for a few weeks from now, whether there's anything in between time...again, don't know. So, until that time it looks like I'll continue posting pictures she's taken over the past few months instead of publishing anything new. For those of you who watch this account...please stick with us. I (Candice) still have plenty of Leanne's images stored on my pc to keep it running for a long while. There will be plenty to see until her next shoot.

Basics of Simple Truth (as seen in first journal entry)

Hello, my name is Leanne Hilkowski. I'd like to take a moment here and tell you just a little bit about me and the company that I have created.
*To let you know a little about my company and myself, I have finally spread my wings and am no longer with larger companies, so that my photography can be taken on a personal level with you as my customer, instead of the hurry up and wait, that you find at other business'. To do this, I have gathered professionals and created a business, that could do that for you,

*With Karen, a clothing designer and Rachel, another photographer, working with me, you will have the opportunity and option to make your portraits significant, unique and truly special.
*Our vision and goal is to be affordable enough so that even the single working mom will have the opportunity, to have a personal photographer, for the portraits she's always wanted!

My staff and I have learned through personal experience and through working in the corporate environments, that personalization has been lost. To regain this personalization, I have done away with any thought of a studio. My belief is, that a studio can be unfamiliar, uncomfortable and honestly, just really restrictive, not to mention that you have to be inconvenienced and go to them.
Our vision and goal of being affordable, for everyone, includes us coming to you, at your convenience, so that you don't feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way. This vision also provides each customer to have the personal SIMPLE TOUCH of being in their own environment, allowing us to capture the simple expressions and touching memories, that are normally left behind in a studio.
